Does it cost to get a quote?
No. Our skilled team provide detailed, competitive quotes around the Taranaki region. All our quotes are confidential.
Do I pay on the day my work is done?
No. If you are a new customer, payment is required within 7 days of invoice. If you have an account, payment is required on the 20th of the following month. However, we have a mobile Eftpos facility, so let us know if you want this option for payment brought to you!
What methods of payment do you receive?
Cash, Eftpos (mobile eftpos also) and Internet Banking.
Do TES take care of the mains cable and overhead lines to my home?
Yes. Any issues with your mains we can sort!
I have no power and its after-hours; do I call TES?
Absolutely! We can come to you 24/7.
Do TES provide temporary power for building sites?
Yes. We provide builders temporary supplied at not cost for the hireage to building sites.
Do TES dig trenches for the mains cable?
Yes. We have many options available here – underboring, digger, trencher and by hand – all depending on the project.
I need power on a property/building – can TES help?
Yes. We work alongside network providers for new connections. We can also provide documentation for relivening.
Do I have to have an apprentice electrician come to my job?
No. We pride ourselves in teaching apprentices and pairing our staff accordingly, however you are always welcome to request otherwise.
How do I book in a job?

Yes. We work alongside all builders, project managers and tradies.
What if I have a time booked in and no-one has turned up?
Phone the office – this is not normal for us, but sometimes things happen out of our control! Call Katie & Lorraine to get this sorted! 06-7585052.
